The initial room had a terrible smell, a dead phone, and a TV that couldn't do anything but sit there. The second room was better but lacked a lock for privacy, which felt off-putting when trying to get some sleep. Housekeeping was noticeably lacking. one guest found soiled sheets on their bed since their prior linens weren't swapped out, and another mentioned dirty showers and unemptied trash. An unexpected fire alarm incident added chaos in the middle of the night, with no quick resolution in sight.
